Since founding TAC Real Estate Services in 2021, Teddi Clanton has drawn on more than two decades of leadership and real estate experience to build a brokerage centered on integrity, service, and people-first values. Her career spans residential, commercial, multifamily, and association management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the communities she serves.

Teddi has led high-performing teams, managed large multifamily and HOA/POA portfolios, overseen complex financial operations, and partnered with property owners, developers, and community leaders across the state. Her work has earned multiple leadership and industry awards, including Property Manager of the Year and Rising Star honors.

A proud University of Oklahoma graduate, Teddi has also completed leadership training through The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center and The Disney Institute, programs that continue to shape her approach to service, culture, and operational excellence.

Outside of work, she stays active in the Norman community and loves supporting her kids in everything they do—from cheering on her daughter Talyn at Oklahoma Celtic and Norman North soccer games to enjoying music, shopping, and chasing around Diesel the Frenchie with her daughter Kashyn. Her stepson Derek serves as a firefighter in Moore, and she treasures every moment spent with her granddaughters, Austyn and Breckyn. And of course… She never misses an opportunity to celebrate OU football.

No matter the role she is in, Teddi’s mission remains the same: lead with integrity, create meaningful experiences, and make a positive impact on the people she serves.
