Debbie Jones is a wife, mother, and proud grandmother who moved to Norman in 2021 to be closer to her family, and it quickly became home. She brings a lifetime of experience in insurance, estate planning, and mortgage lending, providing her with a strong foundation in communication, planning, and guiding people through important decisions.

For nearly 11 years, Debbie has served as a community manager for some of Oklahoma’s happiest and best-run neighborhoods. She believes strong communities are built on trust and consistency, and she takes great pride in being someone homeowners and boards can rely on—whether it’s addressing day-to-day needs or helping neighborhoods grow and thrive.

At TAC, Debbie leads the HOA Department with a focus on transparency, respect, and teamwork, striving to support every community with the same care she would want for her own family.

Outside of work, she cherishes time with her grandchildren and enjoys everything Norman has to offer. They are the reason she moved here and the heart behind why she shows up each day ready to serve.
